If you want to delete your account, follow these steps:

• Click the Profile button in bottom bar
• Click Delete Account
• Click Yes, Remove

If you cannot delete your account, please contact our Support team. 

Once your account is deleted it won’t be possible to restore any information connected to it, including your credit card information, any promotions, and HolaEvents Wallet Balance.

Please note that if you delete your account, your HolaEvents account data will also be deleted in database.

Although your data will be deleted, we still keep information such as invoices and payment information to comply with the law and as stated in our Privacy Policy.

Note: Please be carefully. Don’t delete account, if you don’t must have it.
