TL Design OÜ, the company providing the HolaEvents service, is not liable for TAX and in this regard, the customer who bought the ticket is not taxed at the TAX rate, which is 22% from January 1, 2024.

For this, if a partner who is located in Spain and legally owns the company in Spanish tax residence, must submit an invoice to the Estonian company Takian Corporation OÜ. The invoice must be submitted with 0% TAX, i.e. it is reverse taxation in the European Union.
